Beautiful looking Avocado... I mean NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST. Dry chicken. Yesterday's bread. Revolting. 2 stars because they brought me extra blue cheese sauce which was actually OK. Eat elsewhere.
Food was absolutely outstanding at the night and very prompt. The breakfast however was a little different. It wasn't busy at all but took us 10+ minutes to be able to place an order at our table. I am being a little picky here, but as it wasn't a buffet and we only had 30 minutes from arrival until the kitchen closed it was a minor slip by the staff. However, the food we ordered and recieved was absolutely faultless, brilliant breakfast set me up for the day Only losing 1 star for the delay in placing an order, but otherwise absolutely fantastic, will definitely be back soon. Parking: Enormous car park and very tidy
Well. We booked in next door for the evening...... Went next door to eat and a few drinks. We ordered our drinks on arrival and sat at the only non reserved table we could find . To be blinded and deafened by children. Looked on Google for another place to chill ........ so nothing we order food once we managed to move to a table away from the kids club. Dirty table but a table !!! Food delivered by the most miserable girl we have ever met. As for the food,OUR DOGS EAT BETTER. LASTLY if you are not local,you have to wait till they have been served. NEVER AGAIN,AWFUL.
Overall, a lifeless environment disorganised food, warm and tasteless Management don't engage with customers. I'm not sure I'll ever go back Poor Overall, lots of other food outlets are getting it right it seems that because you are attached to a premiere, Inn, you think walk in customer second best ? Wheelchair accessibility: Poor had to find way in through other route
Excellent service brilliant food! Visited again today with family. The restaurants always has a welcoming environment and delicious food. Faye and the team are always so polite, welcoming and willing to provide and adapt to suit our big family, food allergies and also always provide wheel chair access. Couldn’t ask for better. We will certainly be visiting again soon!

My friend had a wheelchair and it wasn't the easiest most accessible place for wheel chair user, after ordering we wondered where food was waiting staff totally inadequate took nearly an hour for fish and chips and a burger meal. It came after we enquired with the bar man he was shocked that we hadn't received it yet. When it came it came hot so they cooked from fresh we asked staff what took so long they just plainly lied saying we were told you were inside when we stated we were outside. They couldn't find us they didn't ask the bar man what we looked like then? The lady waiting on us was seen chatting with colleagues when should be working plates of food and glasses left outside check the pics feel the staff are lead by bad management a very bad example for the company. They need to shake them up drastically so furious with how we were treated.
Stunning breakfast with every option available what grate value for money 100% recommend this restaurant for breakfast!! Sunday carvery: so we had sunday carvery yes we had to wait for 10 minutes for the food to come out as they ran out of meats and vegetables but at least we had fresh food and again it was worth the wait the food was stunning. Can improve on customer service tho.
Floor is disgusting table isn’t clean either chairs covered in food
So we decided to have a family meal to celebrate my brother in laws birthday, booked a table for 9 people. Had to queue to order and pay for each meal and was told the food would arrive as its ready not all at once. Advised there was a 45 minute wait for food so took our seats. The food started started to arrive as we had been advised it would. An hour after ordering four of us were still waiting so asked for an update as several of our party had finished. The lady we spoke to went to the kitchen and returned to ask what we ordered. We gave her the info and she came to tell us there had been a problem with their ticket machine so the kitchen hadn't been given our orders. We asked for the manager who offered a refund or he would fast track our orders if we wanted to wait another 20 minutes. The four of us without food decided to take the refund and chose a takeaway from McDonalds 2 minutes walk away. So I can't say what the food was like but the experience was definitely one star. Just as we were leaving the manager was called to another table but not sure why. Certainly won't be returning any time soon.
