If you’re looking for somewhere to host an event, give Chris a call! We celebrated an engagement with lunch in October and Chris and his team looked after us all so well. Yesterday we chose to go along to The Prince Blucher with family and friends for drinks after a funeral, there was around 25 of us and a little last minute but when we turned up and asked Chris if he would accommodate us, he set us up in the corner and him and his team couldn’t do enough to ensure we all had a great time. The dogs love it here too! Been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. Big thank you to Chris and the team
Staff were friendly & helpful, but food wasn't good & rather disappointing. The fish finger sandwich was all batter & no fish & the portion was huge, so over half was wasted & because I didn't enjoy it, I didn't want a doggy bag. There also seemed to be no disabled toilet facilities on the ground floor & as someone on oxygen 24/7 having to go to the 1st floor was inconvenient, to say the least. Sorry Prince Blucher but I won't be back.
Best pub in Twickenham! The Prince Blucher is fabulous. It has a lovely cosy feel inside and a fabulous garden outside. The food and menu is plentiful and we’ve had many a fantastic time with friends and family over the years. We had a bit of a hiccup on a visit a couple of months ago but Georgios and his team absolutely restored faith on a family celebration there on Saturday. Fabulous team, setting and fortunate to call it our local. Keep up the great work , Susie x
Plates were cold so food cooled down very quickly no cutlery came out with mains so people were waiting for a while to start to eat. Was not informed that the kitchen had closed to order dessert
I guess we were just unlucky today. Called into this pub for lunch, table of six, four adults and two children. Virtually empty pub and an hours wait for our food. After 40 minutes we were told it would be 6 minutes...twenty minutes later it arrived. I guess the order hadn't been sent to the kitchen initially. Food was good and we were offered complimentary desserts as compensation. These then appeared on the bill. There are loads of great eating establishments in Twickenham so we won't be back here. Also £5 for olives?? No thanks!!
Pub on the side of the green. Very handy for rugby day drinks at both The Stoop and Twickenham. Book a table and show plenty of time if you want food.
Great atmosphere. Most welcoming. Extremely friendly staff. Above all - the best buffalo wings and we've tried such in many countries
Enjoyed a late Summer visit with a delicious Bar board sharing platter full of tasty classics. I was delighted to see Dark Star's Hophead on tap in addition to the Fuller's favourites more guest ales, please!. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the buzzy yet not overcrowded atmosphere. Our daughter enjoyed the visit, too and loved the spacious play area!
Food was ok. Waiter forgot our chips but still charged us so had to remind them. Hot chocolate arrived warm. Customer service was nice. Cleanliness was ok, a few ants sure and there on the table though.
What a wonderful time had by all!! My Mum celebrated her Birthday here with a wonderful Scrumptious roast meal served by curteous staff, and the whole pub sung Happy Birthday! Prices, fantastic! Thanks to everyone at The Prince Blucher!
