Primrose Medical Practice Within the Bluebell Centre

The NHS website said they were accepting new patients but I called up in the morning to double check and it was confirmed that they were. I drove down that evening to fill in the new patient forms but the lady on reception just huffed and said they weren't accepting patients and to try again in four weeks. I've just moved to the area and needed to see a doctor so I'm really annoyed at her uncaring attitude. I don't know why they haven't updated the first receptionist from this morning, or the NHS site, or maybe she just couldn't be bothered?

An absolutely lovely doctors, I've been there all my life and appreciate all the things the staff do for me when I ring up asking stupid questions... The ladies at the reception are the nicest group of women ever, and were supportive when my nan died recently. The doctors are good too ha.

Lovely surgery - GPS are professional and caring and the reception staff are friendly and excellent at their job . I feel blessed .

I have joined this surgery in November 2019, but there were several rules which are non acceptable, some medication are not allowed, a lot of complaints to explain, i hope I can move away from this surgery,
