The most atrocious medical facility I've ever had to attend.nImpossible to get an appointment, awful uncaring doctors with zero compassion or empathy, receptionists are all passive aggressive hard faced and uneducated incapable of communicating effectively.nDo not for any reason join this surgery, you will never get an appointment and the care is atrocious anyway. Biggest mistake of my life leaving my old surgery after moving house for blue bell. I'll be leaving asap as this surgery is useless, unprofessional and failing to provide the very basics. APPALLED AND DISGUSTED BY THIS SURGERY
Numerous times I've tried to call regarding my baby needing an appointment over the past year and having to either call over 100 times or to be in a que for over 40 minutes each time to then be told there's no appointments just go the walk in. Why would you want to sit in a walk in with your sick child for hours on end when they could have a 5 minute appointment with which ever GP. But if you ever do luckily get an appointment there's never more than 5 people in the waiting room shared between 3 surgery's and your guaranteed to wait at least half an hour past your app time from experience
Awful surgery. Repeatedly told there is no appointments for my newborn, spent a day at the walk-in, next day at the surgery receptionist told me no records made at the walk in, called the walk-in Infront of the receptionist and the receptionist then 'found' the details from the walk-in and only gave me an appointment when I said I was going to Alder hey A&E. The female GP was lovely and understanding, seen a male GP 2 weeks later who was so unprofessional, I came in about my newborn being unwell after getting an emergency appointment through 111 and all he did was feel his stomach and ask about my IVF how much it cost etc. Not once did he take my newborns temp or do a head to toe of him and said he doesn't think it's anything - no medications, no advice if his symptoms carry on etc. For reference I will be changing doctors and going to Alder Hey in the meantime.
This practice is not what I used to be. It has no actual doctor, and it is impossible to get an appointment to see anyone. The reception staff are referred to, by staff professionals as PICNIC’s. It’s Problem In Chair Not In Computer, because they actually think it’s their job, to prevent the doctors and other health professionals, from seeing anyone. It happens when staff get jobs for their kids. No point ringing, what so ever. They should do a review and ASK THE PATIENTS. If I could have given it NO stars I would have.
I've been calling since the morning because I need a visit for my 9 month old daughter. I'm 3rd in line. I wait in line for 40 minutes and I'm still 3rd in line! After an hour, someone finally picks up and says that there are no appointments and I should try tomorrow morning! Every time I call there are no appointments and they say try tomorrow. I ask the receptionist what should I do since I call and every time I hear the same thing she says again to try tomorrow. I ask her to make an appointment for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, again she says to call tomorrow. Every time I need to make an appointment it's a problem! It's about the baby's health, this is a joke. Getting an appointment even for a child is a miracle
