We just joined this surgery and first couple of appointments were great. It was easy to get an appointment and the doctors were pleasant. Treatment suggested was also helpful

Having spent 10 days phoning, and finally getting through to be told to call back at 8am to book an appt This I did, from 8.04 in the morning, I was cut off 5 times before I could speak, 17 phonecalls later, I called into the surgery to be left standing there listening to a phone ringing while no receptionist around to answer it This is most unacceptable

Not impressed with the service/care provided here. Thankfully I have no major health issues, if I did this would be the last place I would like to be a patient. From making mistakes on appointment dates to not following up on scan results it's a fair disaster waiting to happen. Makes me sick to think of what vulnerable groups have to put up with, at least I can challenge their stupidity.

Wait times can be long and even when attending for an appointment it is not uncommon to be sat waiting 10 to 20 minutes past your alloted time. The staff have always been polite but sometimes seem rushed

Dr kabi was excellent today. He saw my son with a sore toe got it sorted. Thanks.
