I'm shocked at how inept this surgery is. I have multiple conditions, have to educate the GP on each appointment. Have been spoken to like an idiot, treated callously by two.male GPS. They do not care about the patient. I was attacked recently, he didn't even look at my injuries, told me off for managing to get off a medication ive had psychiatric help in doing so because withdrawal made me ill. Disputed the fact ive been referred back to my GP to be referred to.a geneticist when he clearly knew nothing about my health issues. Refused to help.me with pain or anxiety and gave me two weeks of sleeping pills! They treat me like a drug addict with no cause. I researched my own symptoms and CORRECTLY diagnosed myself saw specialists, had teats, they were in agreement with me and it also matched my FAMILY HISTORY, to be treated like a thick idiot by GPs at this surgery. I stopped going. I need to see a GP for my results. On hold for sixteen minutes being charged for the call,then the line drops and the surgeries phones are OFFLINE YET AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURGERY THEY WILL MAKE YOU SICK WITH STRESS.

Absolutely shamefull, disgusting as a so called medical center, Doctor's useless or just don't care...reception attrocious , nurses no knowledge what so ever.... Stay away and find elsewhere, you have been warned.

Absolutely disgusting surgery! I put my prescription in online over a week ago for it to be delivered to my local chemist. Went to the chemist today and no prescription! Rang and spoke to receptionist who basically said it has been rejected online but don't know why! I explained that this was BP medication and I needed it. He basically said ring back in 2 hours when the doctor has finished with patients and he would get him to have a look! I explained I needed medication and it was vital I had it before the weekend and the chemists would be closing soon. Basically told tough the GP was busy! Very poor customer care!!

very poor service management are very rude can never get an emergency appointment when needed. needs to change the way they deal with emergencies instead of giving them to anyone. complaint made to Knowsley Clinical Commisioning Group (CCG)

Don't like the surgery to much focus on making money and not enough on the patient. Never seen the same doctor twice don't agree with this type of medical centre bring back the old surgery.
