I mostly wear clothes from here nowadays and for the price you can't go wrong. They last surprisingly well for how good value they are. Some days will be better than others in terms of the stock, but just come around again a week or two later and it might be there.

The new third world dictatorship style of purchasing your items and being security checked by machine before leaving the store is a great indication of how Primark regards humans. Won't ever step a foot in another Primark again. Despicable,degrading and not a pleasant way to spend money.
Went yesterday to Primark in yeovil . They have dumped the big row of tills. In their place are about 3 on ground floor and around 10 self checkouts complete with a camera in your face. Quite an unpleasant experience and must of cut loads of jobs. Especially as now theres no tills at all upstairs either. They aren't just not being used , they have been ripped out.nWhat do they expect to do at Christmas and busy times?. Its going to be a complete nightmare and people will just leave it and either go elsewhere or not bother.nI understand self scan saves time and money for them but what about the overall effect on the store and its customers.nNot to mention that it must of caused massive job loses.nThey should of at least had 5 or 6 staffed cash till downstairs and kept the self checkout ifea if they want.nI felt very uncomfortable with a camera shoved in my face. Most self checkouts at supermarkets have the camera at least above your head , not eye level so you are not bothered but security is still practised.nplus lot less clothes choice and sales items not clearly labled or in one place.
Shop floor very dirty customer service non existent not even a how are you or a smile otherwise I love Primark clothes and it's a good looking store just needs some better customer service and a cleaner
