Well stocked department store with different shops for clothing/perfumes from kitchen store. Central Yeovil. Surprisingly good ranges of all products including clothing, at good prices. Extended Christmas and New Year sale was excellent. Friendly staff plus old fashioned charm.

Today I visited the Yeovil store and took advantage of some reduced priced china.. I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Sally Cranton.  She came over from the till and relieved me of my armful of china.  Wrapped it up beautifully and after discussion about buying a bath mat, she offered to keep hold of my shopping for collection on the way out to save me carrying it upstairs.  I managed to leave my credit card behind.. She rang the towel department who found me and alerted me to my oversight.  I went back to see Sally to pay for the bath mats, who then repacked my bag using the bath mats to provide additional protection for the china.  I was very impressed with her attention to service and very friendly with it.  Please pass on my thanks, she is a credit to the store.  Jacqui drew

Once got accused of theft in there, to that I day never going in there again. What's more is that I was in the cards section! It is a shame for them given that I would take advantage of there sales and buy some LEGO sold sets in the basement area. But their not getting my money!

I’m absolutely disgusted by the way way the women at the Estée Lauder counter spoke to me  . She wasn’t very welcoming at all infact was very rude . I asked politely for 2 testers in 2 different shades . As she was pouring the into the tester pots she filled the pot just below half way . I will not be returning
