Nicely laid out store. Found the dinner service we have been looking for for months that had been out of stock on line, plus they had extra plates to add singularly.nStaff very helpful and picked up from collection point below Quedum.
Beside the actual store which is fine the cafe is different to point of disappointment.nThe service is great and the staff cleaning up was very attentive, the tea cup we was given was a general for both coffee and tea and rather large which meant that the tea cooled down to quick, I know it was busy but when our teacakes can't out they wasn't really warm enough and hardly melted the butter unlike the picture that was on the counter... Ooh well
Arrived in store today just before closing time to buy a bra as only ever buy them from M&S and live 20 miles from my nearest store. Didn't get the lady's name but she couldn't do enough for me and found one suitable and checked the fitting for me. This type of service is so rare these days and I really appreciated her help.
Delicious tea cake and nice cup of tea served by polite and friendly staff. The toilets however are disgusting. Ruined the whole experience- I decided to wait until I got home…..
Very helpful staff. The fresh produce has that taste of being truly fresh
