Had been to wolverhampton and i was looking for a pair of shoes in soze 9,10 which was nit already displayed . On satirday i asled two of the girls workingbthese to look for the soze bith wese extremely ride and didn’t listen to me and said we only have the sozes which are on display . Again i went today for the same pair and there were teo girls doing exqcly nithing and just pretending that they are busy and when i requested them to just check me once they didn’t even listen to me and were very very ride and then i saw a guy named Tylor asled him and he went and came back with both the sizes . I was so surprised by the customer service of the other girls , how could they be so rude to customers and never even listen when this is what their job is !
I wanted to give some recognition to the wonderful cashier who served me on Tuesday 3rd March 2026, at around 4:45pm, I can’t quite remember his name I’m so sorry I think it was either Jake/James/Jack or something like that, but he was absolutely lovely and friendly and not just to me as well as he had such a great attitude to all the other customers being served before me too, so I think he really deserves some recognition for brightening up customers’ days and this is exactly the kind of customer service and kindness everyone should show!
Amazing primark, offers a lot of new and many things. Also, very clean and the employees are super friendly and helpful. I even lost my phone for a sec, and the team found it and kept it for me until I came back looking for it. Thank you so much! The best!
For a small primark they have a lot of good options avaliable. Great coords in at present and very good layout. Queue times always go down quick despite lengths they can get to. Staff very helpful.
This shop is similar to Centerpoint back in middle east or Burlington in the states, they have good quality clothes for an acceptable prices.nYou can find many options for each member of the family.nnI recommend it for everyone.
