Young lady called Natalie Elson who worked there a little while now. Know her from college days. Last occasion I visited, she seemed to be the only one there, she just decides to disappear off to the staff room everytime customers are there,so this black dude in front of me who seemed to be waiting a while, slammed his shoes on the counter and just left in anger. The guys and one mature lady working there were fine and approachable.
