Not enough staff. Slow service leading to long queues. Staff are rude and clueless. I do like new look but there is something miserable and stressful about this particular store which makes me leave quickly - thinking I'll just shop online instead.

Favorite shop. Good quality clothes and shoes...doesn't have much bags that are to my taste but I do like this shop for having fashionable things for good price.
