About 4 weeks ago I had my scaffold done at the Wolverhampton base (Andrew Horton) pierced my left ear he was very efficient fast and careful leaving me satisfied but due to fault of my own the piercing overswelled and grew over the bar leaving it very painful and tender and you could no longer see the bar yesterday i went back and asked them what could be done after speaking to a very polite manager I was advised to go back and speak to Andrew who advised me to take it out and have it re done the other side this was done with no extra cost I now have a perfect industrial pierceing on the otherside of my ear bluebanna never fail to let me done and I will be coming hear for all the rest of the piercings I ever want done always happy to help always happy to speak and always polite very happy as per 😜

Had my snug pierced here, the lady who done the piercing was rough with my piercing anyway, 2 days later it’s gone swore, swollen, bruised and got both blood and puss coming out, the piercing then sunk into the hole, I phoned them and they told me to go back and have a bigger bar put in when I’m in agony to save the pericing:s I can’t even bare the pain, so with great dificultly I managed to take it out myself leaving me in a lot of discomfort, pain, stinging, swelling! I followed the cleaning process they told me to, no one of my other piercings have gone like this

Had my scaffolding piercing done, Didn't bother to measure it, so it's not the correct fit whatsoever. This caused a lot of discomfort as the bar was tight and had to go elsewhere to get it fixed and done properly. You can get your money's worth elsewhere.

Great service, really polite workers. Got my helix and second lobe done. Provided me with extra information after I got them done. Great prices.
