I went into this store today and bought a new coat with my birthday money. and then I went downstairs to get something for my wife. I found the staff were really lovely, helpful and friendly. They are a credit to your store . well done. Thanks.

Next site says opens at 10 am on a Sunday.  It's 10:25 and we are still waiting for the store to open. Can I be reimbursed for the 25 minutes of my life I have wasted or can some one at next please ensure their website is up to date with opening hours!

I can never find anything to suit my style in here. They are also pretty short on sizes. Kids clothes are ok but they are very expensive.
