I brought my wedding suit and best man's outfit. Staff are so helpful and prices are reasonable as wedding suits can be expensive.

Every time I buy something from there,it always seems to be wrong. A woman who works there sold me a shirt on special offer, when I got it home and took it out of the wrapping I noticed that it had the cuffs that need cuff links. She didn't tell me that when she sold it to me,but she did snigger when she said that there were no returns because of the special offer. And another time,she sold me a pair of trousers that I gave her the size,they were too small. Thats happened twice. They are incompetent, and unprofessional.

I went in here to find a suit for a wedding. Upon entering the staff at the till were extremely rude. They were two old women who sniggered when I responded to their questions. I cannot believe how poor customer service can be in this day and age. I will not be buying anything from such an unwelcoming place and will dissuade anyone else looking to purchase from here.

Hired my Groom's party suits here. Quick and easy, no problems. The Groom goes free offer was good and the shop being open on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays for fittings and suit drop off was a huge help.
