This is my local Primark, and I always enjoy shopping here. They have a great range of products, from clothing to home essentials, all at affordable prices. The store is well-stocked, and I can usually find what I'm looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. Highly recommend!
Some of the newest stuff in there .but some members of click n collect staff are impatient .abrasive at times. Aren't trained in people with ptsd or social anxiety so tap there fingers on counter .nBut fast service nonetheless and best new in stuff and lots of sales .Just wish they had a cafe there and toilets.
Always a treat shopping in this branch of Primark. Lots of variety and options to choose from. Always had discounts and reductions on many items. Only problem its very busy and crowded, if this doesn't bother you then very good place for shopping. Staff are very busy most of the time and hardly bothered with assisting you.

Today I visited the store to return a hoodie due to an issue with the material. Initially, the staff member who assisted me did not accept the return and spoke to me in a rude manner. I was told that if I did not like the material, I should choose another shop, which made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed.nnA trainer manager was then called and explained that the item would not be accepted for return. I left the store feeling unhappy with the situation. However, shortly afterward, the trainer manager and the head manager approached me, listened carefully to my concerns, and handled the situation professionally. They apologized for the earlier interaction and accepted the return.nnI honestly feel proud of how the two managers handled the situation, as they were respectful, understanding, and supportive. However, I believe some staff members would benefit from additional training on how to interact with customers in a more polite and professional manner.
