We traveled from Camden specifically to find the pants and shirts we needed. Prior to our visit, we checked Primark’s website to identify the stores carrying the desired sizes. The Ealing Broadway branch is significantly more organized and less crowded than the Oxford Street location, which tends to be very busy due to its popularity among tourists. The store is well-maintained, spacious, and provides a comfortable shopping environment. Overall, it offered a convenient and pleasant shopping experience.
The staff were lovely and I didn't feel scared to ask any one of them for help at all during my shopping. The floor was very clean and looked well managed and all of the item that were on shelf right now look really good, there were a lot of autumn colours and some winter clothes hanging around. So overall, everything was as good as it can be.
This is my local Primark, and I always enjoy shopping here. They have a great range of products, from clothing to home essentials, all at affordable prices. The store is well-stocked, and I can usually find what I'm looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. Highly recommend!
Ealing Broadway branch:nnI understand that I was outside the official return period, and I was not expecting a refund. I purchased over £300 worth of items from this store before travelling abroad and was unable to return two gym bras that were the wrong size within the stated timeframe.nnWhat disappointed me was not the decision itself, but the way it was handled. Several members of staff advised that a manager may be able to assist with an exchange as a goodwill gesture. However, when the manager arrived, he immediately refused without showing any empathy, offering any explanation beyond “no,” or even making eye contact during the conversation.nnAs someone who works in customer service and management myself, I fully understand that policies exist for a reason and that exceptions cannot always be made. Saying no is sometimes necessary. However, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that decision. A simple explanation, acknowledgment of the inconvenience, or even an apology would have gone a long way.nnThe items in question were two £9 gym bras that I can no longer wear because of the sizing issue. I was willing to exchange them and spend more money in the store if necessary. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer.nnMy complaint is not about the policy. It is about the lack of customer service, empathy, and professionalism shown by the manager. Good customer service is often measured not by the answer you give, but by how you deliver it.
Big up to Kholoud at Primark Ealing Broadway! I went in looking for a pair of heels that have been going a bit viral on TikTok lol and asked if they had any in stock. She was so helpful and went straight away to check for me. A little while later she came back with some sizes and I was soo excited that they actually had them!nnSo excited that I started calling all girls to see if they wanted a pair too. Then, when she came back with another size for me, I ended up asking if she could check for yet another one. I even joked, “You’re going to hate me!” but she couldn’t have been nicer about it.nnShe was patient, friendly and genuinely happy to help throughout. Customer service like that really makes a difference and I just wanted to give her the recognition she deserves. The staff at Primark Ealing Broadway are always lovely and this experience was no exception
