Today I went to the store with my mother to buy something. As we browsed through the clothes, I reached for a pair of pajamas to show my mother. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the metal stand where these pajamas are hung, that it is dangerous and damaged. As I pulled my arm away, I hooked the watch and damaged it. This watch is expensive for me personally. I paid £1150 which I worked hard to afford. Without any financial pretensions, I approached the store manager with a request to remove this metal stent. In response, he received that it was my fault because I was not careful. They have been very busy and I can not pay attention to these small details for them. Separately, this metal clothes rack was fine, and there is nothing wrong with it. I am appalled by this manager's reaction. Instead of receiving the slightest apology from this manager and taking action, she responded in a rude manner to my request to fix this problem and in no way cares that I damaged my watch. This is not a professional reaction and attitude towards me as a customer! We should inspect this metal stand together and take immediate action. Instead, she accused me of it being my fault in a rude way. I had to be careful or if I couldn't get something from the stand myself I had to ask one of the staff. On this principle, if I enter the store and something falls on my head from the ceiling, will I still be guilty of not paying attention? Shouldn't this manager instruct the staff, and if there are irregularities, be informed and take the necessary measures? Maybe I should consult a lawyer? This is a small problem for some, but for me it is extremely insulting from the manager's attitude and it hurts me the most that my watch is damaged because of the carelessness of the employees and the manager! I will also upload pictures showing the damage and on the metal stand, how on one side they put cardboard to protect people like me, but also on the other side where, unfortunately for me, there is no cardboard to protect my watch.nnI hope someone in a higher position will take the necessary measures. If you don't have money for a new stand, contact me to buy one for you. Thank you for your attention.
Great place to shop plus near the carpark and other shops. Friendlt staff members too.
I have always been a big fan of Primark.nI love wearing casual clothing especially with modern artwork, patterns & designs.nPrimark always has a varied selection of clothing and there is literally something for everyone. It's really impressive how they manage to cater for nearly everyone's tastes. I don't think that it is easy to match them for price or quality.nI was very lucky to find some items that I wanted on the sale rack, which meant a saving of over 50%.
Items marked as reduced on shelves and racks filled with products, goes to till a completely different price. Not the first time bear in mind legally if it’s marked for that price you need to sell it for that price. The service in this shop is disgraceful and staff are not helpful at all. Definitely will not be shopping here ever again because it’s always an issue in this particular shop.Primark do better
Nice and tidy store. Easy layout to find what you are looking for. Really wide selection of products on every department. They have expanded their beauty section. The negative is that they never have enough staff operating the tills. I can understand weekends as the footfall is really high, but weekdays should not be the case for queues.
