If you want to go to a store where you're going to be conned and lied to then this is the store for you. I brought a perfume which origional value is £33.00 and they sold it to me for £50.00, yes £50.00. Maybe I should have done my research before I went but they are definitely just desperate to make money. One of the staff members is also extremely passive aggressive making sly comments whilst she has a smile on her face. They also don't have their policies written anywhere which doesn't help the customer at all when it comes down to refunds etc. If it was up to me they would receive 0 stars. Firstly if you used the correct grammar and standard English, I may have been able to understand you. Secondly my friend had been through the same experience with you and she did not "made it up" , so do not throw around false accusations. And finally I've heard the same speech from you before and when I came back it only caused more problems.

Wonderful style of attracting and seducing customers and very knowledgeable team! Plenty of choice, often better than usual Duty Free prices!

Lovely Shop! Must try the Anand prive Perfumes! They also have fantastic discounts on all perfumes, phone repair and accessories ! Will be shopping here again! I always return to their store and bring friends too. It’s just perfect.
