I bought 2 items - jacket and trousers. Jacket online and trousers in Next Hounslow store, sold by Sharon- paid by cash. Unfortunately I had to return bought and asked for a refund. When I returned at Next Hounslow been informed that I will receive a refund for both items into my bank account. I informed Sharon that for the trouser I was paying by cash and I think I should get a cash back, she disagreed and said that I have to wait for a refund into my bank account. Of course I received the refund just for the jacket and I started a battle to get a refund for the trousers. Next Hounslow wasn't helpful at all. I was trying to contact customer service, but they had a problem with connection and it was impossible. Then I visited Next Ealing Broadway. It's amazing how wonderful, professional and helpful people work there. Datsy for over 2 hours (!) tried to help me solve the problem. She rang customer service, spoke with many different advisors and every time when they put her on hold, she served other customers. She could easy say it’s not our fault, I can't help you. But she didn't. She and her colleague Luis they didn't leave me before the matter was resolved. I was so impressed with the customer service what they provide, so I asked a manager for their names. Datsy McDonald and Luis Bystram from Next Ealing Broadway thank you very much for your help. You are brilliant. Aneta ( next customer no C4T88712)

I have ordered items to be delivered to store the next day so that i can pick up from 2pm, however I went to the store and they said there will be an hour delay and that I need to wait for a text saying that its ready to be collected, it was Sunday and I received a text at 17:05 saying that the items are waiting for me when the store shuts at 17:00! Ridiculous, I don’t know what happened to next , it is not the first time , next used to be so reliable –not anymore!

Staff are generally unfriendly, please avoid if you can visit another branch.
