Needed a suit in a hurry. Had tried other places but standard arm lengths all wrong for me. Lady that served me homed-in on the exact thing I was looking for, handed me a shirt to try it on with, guessing my measurements with surprising accuracy. Suit came with a free shirt too. Excellent service. Had to get trouser length alteration elsewhere due to timing but they do offer that service, takes up to 5 days.

I was in the store for near 2 hours buying variety of clothing. The gentleman serving me was extremely helpful and very pleased with the service. I genuinely do not think I would of got that customer attention in competitors on that high street and there is a few similar brands around there.

I can honestly say that my personal experience has been a pleasant one. I am a jogging bottoms and T-shirt kind of guy with no idea of what qualifies as a good suit or a good fit. I received patient, pleasant and informative service. The management team were able to provide advice and key information in helping me select the adequate garments, all while appreciating my budget and never making me feel as if they were pushing for the hard sell. I was dealt with by a man named Hamed and was grateful for his service. I can easily see myself returning in the future.

all the poor reviews are right. most pointless store ever, staff completely disinterested, I asked for help with a suit fitting, the staff member got distracted and just walked off! suits are cheap and low quality anyway, don't bother.
