Visited on a Saturday morning. This Primark is mid-sized compared to others we visited but still offers a comprehensive range of items.nThe main draw is undoubtedly the low prices, with many products at bargain rates.nnShopping experience was generally positive, though there were some inventory issues. Specifically, 'Large' sizes were missing in several items I checked. However, I managed to find alternatives, suggesting a decent overall selection.nnCheckout was surprisingly efficient despite long queues, taking only 3-4 minutes. This is commendable for a busy weekend morning.nnOverall, Primark Chester delivers on its promise of affordable fashion. While there are some inventory challenges, the variety and pricing make it a worthwhile stop for budget-conscious shoppers.
Click and collect is excellent! The new layout however is disappointing, very cramped and seems like a lot less stock. Almost no homeware at all anymore which is a shame. Barely any of the Christmas stock. Self serve tills are great however, no more queues :
I was able to get some of the products what I intended to buy here. There were few buyers though because they were about to close. If you intend visiting I recommend visiting at earlier hours. The overall experience was fair partly because they were short staffed because some staff had closed for the day. Couldn't take enough pictures though.
Got some cotton clothing for my turkey holiday,quite nice to be honest,and good price.
Rude staff, not helpful, mocked customers not myself I just overheard them, mocking a middle ages womans choices of clothing, and how she spoke. Not a great impression!nHas all the usual clothing and good variety but will not be going back
