After spending £289 on a new jacket, I asked was it possible to throw in a can of wax. The girl seemed to take personal offence that I had asked such a question. Rude terse staff hardly any stock was told we had to buy on line for a particular jacket which when we went to house of Fraser they had that jacket in all sizes and they would be happy to order if they didn't
