Great company that I have been going to for years.  Took back a pair of boots today and instantly offered a credit note.  Staff really friendly and helpful which I why I keep going back.

I had a fabulous, really useful chat with a lady working in the Chester store. She was very knowledgeable, personable and professional and gave me some great advice regarding tents and sleeping mats. It's really refreshing to talk with people who know their stuff!
