I have had nothing but positivity from the lovely people that work here. I am trans and visited recently and was welcomed warmly. There appears to be a review on here of someone’s trans friend feeling like they were going to be asked to leave, but it must be a misunderstanding or a fake review because the ladies treated me so well!! I love the products here, so much better than lovehoney etc. The shop is full of quality products and kind people that made me feel extremely comfortable and didn’t bat an eyelash. Highly recommend a visit :
Member of staff was really rude and caused a scene for no apparent reason
Not once have I ever felt uncomfortable in this store. It's a really safe atmosphere, even as you're looking at toys, you feel comfortable because you know none of the staff will judge you at the end of the day
All the staff I Ann summers are amazing so helpful and such lovely girls
I took my trans friend in the other day,my friend said the people behind the till were fighting over whom will kick us out The place was cheap and nasty,so I went to naughty and nice and spent a few hundred there
