Must be the biggest Primark around, but f you can’t find it here then it’s probably not worth looking anymore!
Went today in my electric wheelchair and went to the tills upstairs and waited to be served they clearly knew i was in a wheelchair not oncs did they put the disabled till on mot helpful at all they need to put a staff member on disabled till if a customer requires it we shouldn't have to ask for assistance or to be served at a till thats more accessable the accessable till is always used as a station for their books ect not good customer service please improve

Lovely store. Everyone we came across was great apart from 1 snooty cow. I asked about the turtles pizza hut clothing range and got sniggered at and made to feel stupid. Took photo when did find it with every intention of giving her a gob full showing her the photo but was nowhere to be seen.nIn hindsight I should have reported her.
Rude young girl not a young lady for help not helpful at all was told well their over there. asked a young dark haired gentleman the same question, he took me to the product I needed .think the young ladies need a lot of training in customer services instead of standing chatting together. But well done young man
