I popped in after work in my scruffy work clothes. I was looking for party wear so unable to try anything on. The staff were aware of that. I chose a couple of tops and some trousers and purchased them all so I had a choice of outfits. At NO time was I told they did not refund!! I went to return them all as non were suitable. They refused to refund...as it states on a tatty paper sign behind the till! I was given a Credit note. I'll never ever shop there again. Avoid!!

At last a boutique with excellent products, fabulous customer service and great prices. The live feeds make shopping from home an easier process. Every one is fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. First class.

The team at Lulu Bella are absolutely amazing,nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly and helpful and when you order online for delivery the goods are with you so swiftly,I have purchased multiple times and never once have I been disappointed in anything I've bought,if you haven't discovered this wonderful place yet then I'd highly recommend you give it a go,if I could give more than 5 stars I wouldn't hesitate,Thank you Tracy,Ross and the whole team x
