Went for breakfast uncooked bacon no food in bowls very poor service and dreadful value for 2 people at £18 flys buzzing everywhere even in the winter they have a problem with flying insects place in general filthy and needing revamp and not enough staff
Pub chain atmosphere so can be noisy at times.Speed of service depends on volume of customers but overall as one expects, cleanliness seems to be okay. Menu does change seasonally and the prices are quite reasonable with a special menu of which I have never come across here before. Children are welcome and there is a small play area outside.
It was quiet which we thought was unusual on a Thursday early evening as last time we came here it was quite busy December 2015. We ordered our meals which came in reasonable time, we were a party of 5 adults and 12 year old boy. Mixed Grill-----quite dry and the sausages tasted rancid. 2 of us had the chicken New Yorker-----the chicken breast was overcooked and very dry and there was hardly any BBQ sauce, inferior garden peas which were dry, and a huge pile of chips which were ok, and half an unripe tomato. Chicken Burger-----The burger was not too bad, a small pot of coleslaw and a pot of BBQ sauce and a huge pile of fries, no salad at all, and the bread bun was far too big. Classic Burger-----this was the worst of all our meals, the burger was about the size of a meat ball, hard as a golf ball, and tasteless and dry, no salad in the bun which was over sized too, a small pot of coleslaw and some BBQ sauce and a huge pile of fries Chicken Korma and rice-----acceptable.....only just. we don't expect a gourmet meal at these prices but do expect something nicely cooked and well presented. we have often brought family here for meals but sadly will not be doing so again. The children's ice cream was good value. The Pride of Lincoln has nothing to be proud of !.
Great food and all the staff are first class and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and if there is a problem they will sort it with no fuss and a smile. The new Manager is bringing all sorts of events making this a very successful 'pub' Keep up the great service !!
Staff are very helpful. I have been arranging a weekly get together for times after 10pm for a few weeks and the staff and managers have made the planning of food and service easy. We are looking forward to our regular meet-up beginning this week. Thanks from Harmony Lincs Barbershop Club.
Over night stay in the ibis next door, who restaurant I was going to use but glad I didn't. Came to the pride of Lincoln and had a steak which was excellent best in a while. Food... Good Atmosphere... Nice Service... Good. I'll come back when I'm back up here.

Absolutely fantastic food and the value for money is incredible. 15quid for a 20oz steak and all the trimmings is too good. Service was excellent and nothing to be faulted at all.
Lovely place. Food was good, drinks were great and pudding selection was fabulous. Plenty of parking. Toilets were well presented and staff were welcoming and warm.
