As we are founder members of the Carpet Foundation, we follow a code of practice approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT),this gives you total peace of mind and guarantees that your deposit is safeguarded (The Carpet Foundation is to the Carpet Industry as ABTA is to the travel industry).

I have used this company for over 25 years and they have fitted every carpet I have ever bought. Recently fitted my father's bedrooms and stairs during 3 visits to make it easier for us. Honestly cannot fault the lads in the shops or the fitters. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the same staff have been there years. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing job, fitters were so friendly and professional, nothing too much trouble. I had laminate flooring in front room, bedrooms, carpet fitted on stairs and landing, the staff in the shop were very supportive and friendly, I must have changed my mind several times before choosing the colours, would highly recommend and would definitely use again!!
Ive only had my flooring a year and it’s shocking the beading pops off and has snapped in two places in the hall the corner bits on the bedding went missing days after it was fitted because they weren’t even nailed in, the actual flooring chips if you drop anything on it I’m going to have to replace it this year which wont be cheap! Not happy at all when they delivered it they left bag and bags of waste and rubbish in a communal area which I let slide having thought they had done a good job and the fact they did come and get it the next day but a year later my flooring looks cheap and damaged.
Hands down the best customer service I've ever had, I was being indecisive about my carpet colour right up until the last second and the team were so patient with me. The guys they sent out to fit and measure were really friendly and they've done an excellent job! Believe them when they say they can't be beat on price too, I looked at every other carpet shop and was being charged a lot more, even after some haggling they could only barely match Pricewise.
I work for a charity organisation and we have used these guys on many occasions to re-carpet our offices and meeting facilities. They are always very courteous, efficient, and always clean up after they're done. They recently completed a job for us on short notice and with a very tight turn around, but despite this they completed the work without any fuss. I would highly recommend these folks.
We had our carpet fitted yesterday after placing order only on Saturday 5th. We were in the shop ordered ,small deposit paid in and out in ten minutes. Paul was spot on and we will be getting the rest of the house done from them as well. Fitter was great took him less than an hour clean and tidy will be recommending to others.
I had a man came out to do my floors, his name was Dan I think, wow I have no words he is so professional, clean and tidy , I am over the moon with my floors ! He couldn't of done enough , if there was 10 stars I would give 10 ! Will always ask for Dan from now on and I will always go to pricewise carpets HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! thanyou so much x
