Cannot fault Crosby Carpets, very pleased with the service from the shop to the carpet fitters. Very happy with my carpets. Thanks to Mick and Robbie for helping me with my daughters furniture.

The selected carpet was fitted perfectly, the guys hoovered the carpet and heped replace the furniture.

Worst place to go for a carpet its all gathered up on landin i have to push my feet on it to try an get creased out an its the same in the hall andddd iv bought spray so i can push it then keep it upto the doors joke of a place an was ere from 9-5 never again il av to wait now till i get money to buy a new 1

Amazing service from Mal and all the team at Crosby Carpet Centre. The final product really blends with the atmosphere of my home and is exactly as described would definitely recommend and I will be back for more good quality carpets in the near future.

Paid for job 6 weeks ago. Still not finished Dismissive and unhelpful when calling to find out what's going on. Told me 17 days ago the job would on my take another week....Still waiting......avoid !

Carpet i ordered was woven back so i was told ...  carpet what was fitted felt back , underlay was different to what i was shown !!! No door plate fitted although it was on order form
