Amazing company and very professional. I originally picked my carpet from the shop but when they came out to measure they brought more samples of the price of carpet I picked this picking a totally different carpet .The fitters was fantastic as I had had issues before on my stairs going through my alarm cable . If you are looking for value for money , reliability, professional and approachable don’t go anywhere else !!
Just had stair carpet fitted from Broadway carpets and the service was excellent. It was supposed to be fitted last week but when the fitters came the risers on my stairs were unstable and wouldn't have held the grippers, so couldn't be done. Paul the owner came out on Tuesday and fixed the stairs, he didn't have enough brackets with him and even went out to his van and made some, the carpet also got fitted by Tony I think even though it wasnt booked in for that day. They did everything to help. There was also no charge for fixing the stairs. Amazing company that I'd recommend 100% and wouldn't go anywhere else
5* service from Broadway carpets! We were working with a tight budget and felt supported and well informed by all the staff at Broadway carpets. The fitting was excellent and we are thrilled with the outcome. We will be returning next year to finish carpeting upstairs. We would highly recommended! Thanks again, Becky & Spencer
Had a new flooring put down in my daughters bedroom. From picking in the shop to it being fitted, cannot fault Broadway carpets at all. Very professional from start to finish and would highly recommend
can't recommend Broadway carpets enough, within a week paul had been out measured, got the carpets ordered an had it fitted, excellent service, even the fitters were very helpful an helped move my mattress an put it back, one Happy customer, will definitely use you again an will recommend you to everyonethank you
