The worst company of all time. I’ve never experienced service like this before. I have no idea how they are a legitimate company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!
Be very careful buying these fires, be aware that the ignition will not even last a year - but that is ok as you have to have it changed annually every year anyway ! ??? be very careful at the extra expense one of these fires is going to cost you on an annual basis before you buy get the figures.
Shocking customer service
Bought a fire over 11years ago paid £1000 and the remote has broke, phoned them and they told me they do not stock this fire I have and I cannot get a remote for it Just a joke never again
