Staff were very rushed despite it being a Thursday evening and not being that busy. Took 15 minutes for anyone to come over and once the food arrived no one came again to ask if we needed a drink or how everything was. We waited 15 minutes at the end before heading off to find someone to bring the bill, even then there was no 'how was your meal'? Luckily we were using a voucher, wouldn't have wanted to have paid the full price for this experience. I think perhaps because these chains are so common all the effort to secure business goes out the window. Despite living down the road I wouldn't visit again, better off paying a bit more and going to La Pergola down the road.

We personally think this is the best Prezzo in the area. I don’t know for what reason the food tastes much better here than in any other Prezzo. Service is impecable. The restaurant is in a very unique building which makes it feel very warm. 100% recommended!

A good place to eat - particularly liked how the restaurant is split into 2 or 3 cozy little rooms within a old building. Good food amongst oak beamed ceilings.

We have just spent a very pleasant early evening with 4 of our grandchildren aged 5 - 10 . The lovely polish waitress was brilliant, friendly and efficient we even had a language lesson from her and the Portuguese chef ! Food was great , children delivered home , birthday treat accomplished!

Very nice restaurant divided into a couple of fairly small but very cosy rooms. Service could be better and more professional but the pizzas are really good.
