It's a warm and comfortable place, Free WiFi, Toilets or should I say toilet is something that could be improved. Reasonably good coffee but Hot chocolate is a gamble. My common drink is a hot chocolate and some days It can look like store brought Coco and the next day it has cream and marshmallow. I gotta admit it I preferred the previous owners chocolate because there was variations like mint and haselnut but now there's just chocolate. Food is pretty good there muffins with different flavours (bring back the carrot cake one). Worth going if ya want coffee

Fantastic staff. The young man with dark hair that does the coffee. He goes out of his way to greet everyone. Coffee is darn good too. They often run little competitions which is really nice too.

Went there regularly when working in letchworth. Staff were very nice. Excellent food I would recommend the soup. The hot drinks were delicious. Overall this is a brilliant place and became my favourite place in letchworth for lunch or coffee breaks. Warm and cosy

Good coffee, nice loose leaf tea in a pot. Food selection good, well prepared and presented, and tasty. Clean, tidy, pleasant environment. Service sometimes a little slow, but that is only my opinion.
