Prezzo Formby has a nice and relaxed atmosphere for those who relax with a spot of shopping. You may even be lucky enough to meet one of the Liverpool football players dining beside you as they are here regularly.

We ate lunch here today. Although it was busy and we didn't book in advance, Chris who greeted us at reception seated us right away. Our party of 6 included children. We ordered starters and mains for the adults and stuff from the children's menu for the kids. Our drinksand food arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Chris and Kieran were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Over the years we've eaten here so many times and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The food is always tasty, the views are scenic and we love the relaxed atmosphere.
Called in for a meal with my wife in October 2021. Greeted with a very warm welcome from the staff, and especially Chris our waiter who was friendly and very helpful with the menu making some excellent recommendations. The restaurant was clean and safely laid out with a good amount of space between tables; with staff wearing masks and lots of sanitizer available. We didn’t feel rushed at any point, and the atmosphere was relaxed and really made for a good dining experience. The menu offered a good choice and was priced as you’d expect. I went for the calzone my go-to when in Italian styled venues and it was one of the best I’ve had – very flavoursome, a good size with lots of filling, and all the ingredients well prepared. We couldn’t fit in pudding, but several items looked very appealing. Also thanks to the above-and-beyond service from Chris, I’m also looking to hold my work’s Christmas party there! Would highly recommend, and we will be visiting again.
Visited the new brighton restaurant today. Had a lovely afternoon sat outside with my Dog. All the Staff where lovely and friendly, the food was tasty, I ordered lasagna and garlic bread, and meatballs for Mollie .... Their tiramisu is gorgeous if you can make room.
Very nice restaurant!!! Great menu, just as you would expect, see pictures, very well laid out, great views across to Liverpool with outside seating and dining area's!!! Easy access, especially for disabled, elderly etc, and there are "disabled toilets" apologies, easy access toilets now!!!!!! Staff are very friendly, welcoming, professional and nothing is to much trouble they do not rush you!!!!! We went for lunch, we had the "2 main course lasagne", with side order of garlic bread and green salad" to share, "Excellent"!! One thing stands out, that I noticed, Excellent - "cleanliness"!!! It is very clean, especially the toilets and tables/chairs are cleared and cleaned very quickly!!! Highly Recommended!!
Great staff; friendly efficient welcome. The place was busy, but our drinks order was taken and delivered quickly. Pizza is always good here - even the gluten free version. Service with a smile!....
Family pre Christmas meal of 7 people including 2 kids. Very impressed to be fair. Food and service was excellent. Food came out in good time and was absolutely delicious. Servers very helpful also. Will be going back for sureFood: 4/5
Easy access for all to this restaurant located on New Brighton waterfront. Went with a group of friends. The service was good and prompt, with all dishes arriving together, even though it was fairly busy. The only problem was the food not good for a restaurant. Starter wise, pita bread like crisps , chicken burger dry and overcooked, sea bass undescribable. As for the cost of beer, don't go thirsty. Having said the above, it appears popular.
We were shown to our table and it was 40 minutes before anyone spoke to us about ordering, no "we'll be with you in a moment" which is just common courtesy. They then said it would be another 40 minutes for food when they did eventually come to take our order. I felt really sorry for the waiter as he was clearly told by management to say they were understaffed but the restaurant was half empty and not even busy. The female manager on duty had absolutely no clue how to run the service that evening and even thanked us on our way out when we walked out without ordering anything! It's such a shame as the restaurant is in a lovely location but the service and attitude wasn't fantastic. Had the manager explained the wait times before we sat down we could've made an informed decision as to whether we wanted to wait. We will not be returning after this incident.
Service was brilliant from the moment we arrived, staff couldn't be more helpful. Food was amazing, would recommend a visit.
Truly gutted having to write this review. We used to love Prezzo. Great food, great ambience, great value. Admittedly this was prior to the C event. This visit was a group of 10 for a birthday. A Sunday evening. Wife wanted Spaghetti Bolognese but they didn't have it. How about Chicken Ariabatta? No chicken! Weird as another guest had a chicken pizza. Okay, just Ariabatta. For me, Lasagne. "We have no lasagne" Went for crab and lobster ravioli, something like £18, A small portion and pretty tasteless. A main used to be around £9 now almost double. The place wasn't particularly busy but we had to wait quite some time for our meals. Asked for drinks and some came and some didn't, we had to ask again for them. I'm not precious over things like that but I'm being honest over our experience. Sincerely hope Prezzo New Brighton resolve their issues but I will not return.
