Disgusting service. Only to be be told after booking a table we were lucky to wait half an hour as others were waiting one hour. Reason there was no risotto on menu why were not offered an alternative in the meantime. Will definitely not visit again.

Went tonight 26th with my two grandchildren, one table of people when we arrived. Service quick but lacked any interaction...food bland..staff laughing, joking and being loud with each other behind bar, not the sort of behaviour you expect from staff while having a meal in a restaurant. Don't think I would return....also ripped seat.

Not sure what happened on some other reviewers meals out, but ours was pretty good, not perfect, but pretty good. The food was yummy and service was good, a bit slow at times. No issues with the bill

I went to Prezzo in Aldershot on 05/11/17 with some friends for a birthday. When we arrived there were 3-4 tables there who all left by the time we finished so for part of our time there we were the only table - so hardly busy. When we ordered our food I asked for a jug of water which never appeared, I asked again when our starters arrived and that didn't arrive either then asked one more time when our starters were cleared and we finally got it. Our mains then arrived and my friends Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Salad had no avocado in so we asked for this to be brought over on a side dish. Not once were we asked how we were getting on, if we needed any drink refills or how our food was. Then finally we asked for our bill and the wrong persons bill was brought to us. At no point did the number of groups in the restaurant exceed 10 and there were 3 waiters and bar staff as well so more than enough staff there. Really not impressed, would not recommend.

The manager seemed totally uninterested in us. He was inattentive, Made us feel like we had gate crashed his quiet night, bordering on unwelcome. Order taking was slow, the meal took us 2.5 hours mainly due to his lack of attention. The whole evening was underwhelming and so much so that we insisted on having the automatic gratuity taken off the bill. The food was also quite mediocre no wonder the place was quite, the word must have got round.
