Always nice to leave the pub and go into dominos and grab a brilliant pizza

I've been using dominoes every Tuesday for 10 years. Now it's under new management the quality has dropped substantially. now the final straw is today i ordered my usual order and an hour later called dominoes to see where it had gotten to. Only to be told that it has only just been put in the oven! No sorry just told oh it'll be 90 mins. I will never use dominoes again.

Staff were working very hard as lots of orders were coming in. Chose 2 pizzas. One was nice but the other was probably one of the best I have EVER TASTED. It looked a little overdone but the taste, texture and flavour were awesome. It was the pepperoni passion with Italian base. Something had caramelised on the base which turned it into something special. Scared about going back as every takeaway is never as good the second time around. 😀

Horrendous ! Pizza delivered was wrong. Was told my replacement would be here within 10 minutes. Half an hour later I phoned back to be told it hadn't even been prepared yet ! When I requested my money back they kept putting me on hold and somebody else would pick up the phone. Had to argue for my money back which they still refused to send someone with them money and said they had to do a bank transfer which would take 3-4 working days. Will not be using again !
