Had to queue for quite a while despite having pre-booked however, once seated, staff were very friendly. Ordered food via the app. All dishes and drinks arrived very quickly and were very tasty.
I enjoyed the food that I had but my 10 year old grand daughter was very impressed with her dish.
Prezzo was great. Lovely choice on the menu and service was very quick indeed. The pizza was perfectly cooked!!
Fantastic experience, hot food, fast service and exemplary customer service. We visited during the covid period, the restaurant was lovely and clean, tables were socially distanced. My only gripe would be that staff didn't wear any kind of face mask/covering.
A good meal in a well spaced room. The staff were friendly and implemented the current rules.
Food is always good, we used to go semi regularly but haven't been for a while yet the waitress still remembered us.
Very welcoming, manager found us a table, food was tasty and reasonably priced, staff attentive. Brilliant experience
