Beautiful and clean place with great flavours of bubble tea. I try two times different tea flavours, matcha tea and Taro tea both was nice. They have a beautiful sitting area and you can sit with friends.
Have visited numerous times accountable. Amazing staff: the friendliest and most accommodating. Very knowledgeable about their products and their ongoing promotions that they have to offer. The atmosphere and the design in and out the store is immaculate, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. They have colouring pencils and paper available for those waiting so an interactive activity is always a good addition. Clean toilets. My recent order, different from my usual, was a Vanilla Milk Tea with golden pearls. Very smooth tea and soft pearls, which were easy to bite through. I recommend the Hokkaido Milk Tea as it’s my go to drink!
If could give more than 5 stars we would! Staff are top class, will make sure have cash on us next time for tips...thoroughly deserve it. Can't wait to go back and hopefully they go from strength to strength...one of the best Boba places we've been to! So happy we don't have to travel far for high quality drinks!

Had a great experience here, fully wheelchair accesible with accesible toilets too. Atmosphere is relaxed. I can see this becoming a place I visit often! Staff are lovely and had a fantastic chat with them! Drinks are amazing and taste fantastic! Thank you and see you again soon
Great service and really tasty drinks. Sometimes the place gets busy and it might take staff a little extra time to prepare your drink but the tea is always amazing quality!
Bought two yakult tea, one green tea one passion fruit, both with 50% sugar. Get green tea if you want strong tea flavour or passion if you want more sweetness. Overall good experience and lots of photo area.
Ding Tea is the closest to authentic bubble tea one could get in the uk. Although the one I had on first visit to the Southampton branch was subpar by its usual standard, it is still a notch above the rest in the surrounding area.
Came here on a day trip to Southampton. Very reasonably priced tea and great selection of flavours too! Multilingual staff and they don’t charge extra for no ice either which I respect. The only thing I will say is that even with 30% sweetness I found it a bit sweet, but that’s just personal preference. The store itself also has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere would definitely return
First of all, the decor of the place is really cute- I think it would make a really nice study spot. Most of their drinks are dairy free but they’re made from powder and nothing ‘fresh’. Nevertheless the drinks were nice and I would recommend getting less sugar than usual- I read from other comments that the drinks are really sweet. Can recommend the taro and the matcha hokkaido- really liked the pudding topping!
