We went as a party of 7. Nice clean restaurant. Very busy but ran very smoothly. Staff were very pleasant, polite and efficient. We ordered the following, 4 x garlic bread with cheese 2 x bruschetta 1 x carbonara 1 diavola pizza 3 x margherita pizza 1 x prosciutto pizza 1 x leek and potato soup. The garlic bread with cheese was a full size pizza and well worth the money. The bruschetta was amazing. Very fresh and loaded with salad. It was a meal in itself. I had the soup as I didn't have enough room for a full main. The only small negative was the soup was more potato than soup. Very tasty though. Will definitely return and I would highly recommend it. We all had nothing but good comments. Wheelchair accessibility: Its all on ground floor so no steps to manage.
I wasn't going to review because of a Burnt pizza and some prosciutto plastic left on my pizza hopefully that was the only external ingredient!! Reviewing because the service let it down yes they were busy but they didn't come over to ask if we were enjoying our food and only when I turned the burnt pizza over and put it on my side plate along with the plastic a waiter came and took it away and just said OK no apologie offer of a new pizza or tiny discount so we just paid and left won't be rushing back which is a shame

Absolutely lovely meal this evening, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Clear plates all round and in the words of my daughter "this was literally absolutely the best dinner" !! Will be back, highly recommend, thank you ! Kid-friendliness: Staff were really welcoming to the children
Just been twice, when opened years ago, and last week on my birthday, and i have to say both was not a pleasure experience. I give ago again after so many years because mistakes happen, but my last visit wasn't impressive. The food was okay but expecting more from an Italian Restaurant, the pizza was to dry barely had chesse enough on it. But the worst was the entrance door, the brake that realize the door might be broken and everytime someone comes in ou out the door bangs really hard make a very strong noise, was very disturbing having a dinner where 5 in 5 min you listen that.
The strength point of La Piazzetta is, in my opinion, the warm, genuine, authentic Italian hospitality from the staff, also from those who are not Italian. Cozy restaurant with a good food offers because most of the dishes are not "britalian". We had a very good antipasto misto, in which the quality of the ingredients were very visible. Pizza dough not for my taste and expectations but the condiments were good. Anyway I saw the restaurant full and the customers seemed happy. Bravi!
La Piazzetta is not only one of the best Italian restaurants in Horsham, but is easily one of the best restaurants in town. While I would recommend pretty much any flavor on the menu that catches your fancy, I certainly have a few recommendations: - The Chicken Salad: is a lovely mix of flavors with the avocado, pancetta, and goats cheese to compliment the chicken. - The Calzone: a very solid lunch option, and in my opinion better than the pizza, since the ingredients are diced up rather than being placed whole atop your crust. - Penne Salsiccia: for a great white sauce pasta option when you want to mix it up from the classic red. Overall, the food is tasty and reasonably priced and the staff are friendly—particularly when you get to know them better. I would highly recommend paying La Piazzetta a visit to try it for yourself, and then revisiting it again and again to explore more of their flavorful menu and keep them around so they can do what they do best!
A real treasure away from chain restaurants! Looks inviting from the outside, inside is warm and welcoming. Lovely waiting staff, friendly and romantic atmosphere,loved the music! Food is spot on, nice and simple, good portions and beautiful presentation. Simply perfect. Fresh flowers, candle on the table and complimentary shots and candy to finish the great experience. Will return for sure!
Perfect meal, that's the most praise I can give. I had nothing too fancy to eat - mushrooms in gorgonzola sauce, calzone, and panacotta. But the Gorgonzola sauce was sublimely tasty, the calzone full of mozzarella that was neither bland nor elastic but delicious and creamy with plenty of ham, and the panacotta light and delicate. If I have one regret, it is that the panacotta could have been a bit bigger! But, great meal, and wife thoroughly enjoyed hers, too.
