Visited Karen Long at the clinic 6 weeks ago for an MOT with a slight focus on my lower back. I really appreciated Karens down to earth approach. She asked a lot about what I do day to day which along with a thorough examination meant she suggested exercises and stretches that fitted well with my job. Coming back after 6 weeks it was great to hear what she had suggested was working and we discussed again what would be good to do going forward. Very encouraging sessions and I will certainly return again should anything else start playing up! Also a fantastic building to visit with a very calming yet professional atmosphere
