Story

The Fitness Factory Gym is a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment, a place where you can feel confident that you will achieve your goals.

Our equipment ranges from a huge selection of free weights, through to the latest Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Cybex and plate loaded bodybuilding / strength equipment We also have a punch bag and matted area. The equipment is designed to cover all levels of training so there is no need to worry if you are a beginner. The gym also has a wide range of Life Fitness cardio equipment ranging from cross trainers, treadmills, bikes and rowers.

One of the many great things about the Fitness Factory is that we are a NO CONTRACT gym, however a 12 month contract at a smaller monthly rate is available maybe for that extra bit of motivation if you wish.

We have both men & ladies changing rooms fully equipped with showers and lockers (MENS HAVE JUST HAD A FULL REVAMP THIS YEAR!) There is also ample onsite car park for your convenience
