Stayed the one night. Nice room, air conditioning hard to operate. Ice machine and vending machine on same floor. Staff friendly. Bar well stocked and good selection of meals. Out of town a bit, but quiet and easy to find.

The hotel is good with nice rooms and a lot of space in the room. Each room seem to have a bath tube. The restaurant has a good dinner with reasonable price/quality. The surroundings are welcoming to do some running and outside sports.

Great over night stay. Went to the restaurant for my evening meal and breakfast which had plenty of choice and the food was great. They also offered food in the bar area which seemed to have plenty of guests around. My room was spacious and very clean with a lovely touch of having sky and sky sports on the TV. Would definitely stay again.

Can't believe that this a 4* hotel! At check-in was told about a wedding party on until 12midnight. I wasn't made aware that there was going to be loud music and was given a room directly above the party. Music went on until 12.30am. I rang reception and complained. Was offered to be moved rooms but by the time the room would be ready, the party would be over. Plus I was unpacked, and in bed. It was wholly inconvenient to have to move rooms at 12.30am! On check-out, I was only offered a complimentary breakfast! Not even a part refund, and no duty management at all! At Premier Inn, they offer a full refund! Disgusting from a supposedly 4* hotel!! Next time, I'll opt for Premier Inn!

Good hotel. Not amazing by any standard. At a par with travel lodge or premier Inn. We booked a large room and requested an extra bed and a cot for our children. They hadn't processed our request, but offered an upgrade at no extra cost. We thought we were being treated due to their error. It turned out to be a much smaller room, but including a sofa bed and a travel cot. All crammed in! We barely had room to park the pram. We had an awful night sleep. Daughter complained the sofa bed was raised in the middle so slept badly. Our double bed was old and lumpy. The travel cot had no mattress. The only saving grace, was breakfast. £10 a head, but it was a hot buffet and delicious.
