Stayed here for 2 nights, I have stayed in quite a few Premier Inn's over the years and this hotel feels like its a bit rundown and could do with some TLC or a bit of a renovation, on the first night I had no hot water from the tap on the bathroom sink, shower was ok, moved rooms and the toilet seat lid fell off the toilet, looks like there is a leak up on the 8th floor, also the cleanliness of the rooms wasn't as great with dust on top of the head board and on toilet roll container. Staff were amazing and food was good. Tv was outdated with poor picture and sound although there was a more modern TV in the second room I stayed in. Not the normal Premier inn experience I would normally get and expect.
Decent premier inn. Stayed here for one night for work, room was clean, quiet and the comfy bed you’d usually expect from a Premier Inn. Staff were friendly both at Check in and breakfast in the morning.nnCar park was right next to the hotel, and discounted to £7. It is quite small and max height of 2m as it’s multi-storey.nnGood base for getting to Heathrow and surrounding areas, will probably be back here rather than one closer to Heathrow.
Please see photos for details on car parking. Air conditioning was very good in the rooms actually, despite what's been said. Staff were really nice but our room wasn't the cleanest and you can tell it's a very well used Hotel and it needs some money spending on areas of it. Car park was very unusual indeed and was quite difficult to navigate.
First off I am leaving this review thanks to Jean for how attentive and polite she is. A credit to the premier inn. She is the reason I have left 5* over all. She even picked up an iron for me while I was having my dinner so I didn’t have to faff around getting one afterwards!nnOtherwise, I am here on a business trip. The room was booked by my company. Dinner was included in the room rate. Hotel definitely needs updating. Rooms are not great - room requires updating and bigger TV etc. Can’t really comment on location but it is next to a retail park which is useful. Parking is around the corner at £10 a night. The hotel appears clean and tidy. Check in process was easy.
We normally stay elsewhere but this was cheaper so chose this. It was ok but not great.nThe car park was extremely difficult to manouver the car round and couldn't actually get the car up the ramp due to the available width, had to park on a different level. There was no lift up from the car park so had to use stairs to get to reception.nThe shower wasn't very powerful which meant it took a very long time to wash shampoo out of thick hair. Shower was also static rather than with a hose to be able to wash everywhere properly. No matter how much we tried, we couldn't stop it dripping all night.nIt was great to have a hairdryer in the room but it wasn't very powerful.nBeds were nice and comfy but couldn't walk between the two single beds and hardly any space between the double and one of the singles.nOn checking out, we pressed the lift button to take us to reception, waited ages but none of the 3 lifts came so ended up walking down 3 flights of stairs to reception then another flight down to the car park
