It did the job. We stayed in the 8th floor so we didn't hear the road noise. The room was clean and the bed was comfy so we had a good night sleep. We used the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed our meal. It was filling, hot and reasonably priced. The service we received was good without being over the top.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are standard premium inn rooms as expected.nCar park joined to side of building at a good price of around £15 staying for 2 nights. Traffic nearby is quite good off peak.
Perfect place to stay outside of London. Train station a short walk away. We had a family room which had 2 single beds instead of the usual double sofa bed which was perfect for my 2 children. Good clean room.nGreat staff. Tegan and Jamie were super helpful and very polite. Evening meal in Thyme restaurant was delicious - 4 clean plates!
Good location for west London, easy to get to, car park is very tight if you have a bigger car.n2 of our group paid for early check in only to be told there weren't any rooms and early check in was only available if there were rooms free.... So bit of a con there. Air conditioning was a bit rubbish 19° was lowest but we did find a note saying staff could reset it, we had just put bags on note was all.nApart from that a decent premier inn, clean, quiet, the usual good pub grub food.
Standard room a little uncomfortable no internal telephone windows needed cleaning and breakfast was not warm,nThe location was fine easy access to train station, LHR and Kempton Park.
