This Premier Inn was well maintained and we were met by friendly staff. The room was clean and well presented. There was a wall heater in the room but no a/c. The dining area is a 30 second walk outside from the main reception. Food was very nice and we were given notice of how long food service would take as we were seated. The location is within 20 mins drive of Stone Henge and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby also. A very pleasant stay overall and would recommend.

This was a first visit. This Premier Inn is the first I have encountered with a self check in terminals , following a power cut earlier in the day there were problems but staff were on hand to try and smooth things along. However on following days when i needed to pass through reception there were long queues. There is plenty of parking for this rather large facility. As I am walking impaired I requested a ground floor room. This was arranged in a block behind the main building which has its own parking area but no Blue Badge spaces. These are at the reception of the main building. The cleanliness and facilities were the usual standard for this company. The location was ideal being 5 minutes drive from Salisbury town centre.

A relatively nice hotel, relative in relation to the cost you pay, we had 2 nights and it cost £64 however this was booked a month in advance. The rooms are basic, a TV, a bed and a bathroom. But for the price what more do you expect? There are a few tired points the carpet in the corridor is loose downstairs (outside room 32). All in all a good hotel for the price but a little tlc in some rooms (new light bulbs etc) would not go amiss

Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, good choice of TV channels, BUT there are some problems for a longer stay. Biggest pain is no laundry service; to get laundry done the nearest place I could find was the "Washing Well." Other peculiarities about this hotel are no soap and shampoo (just a sqeezy thing on the wall that gives you a drop of general purpose soapy liquid), you cannot charge lunch and dinner to the room (only breakfast) and the free Internet is slow. Also room has very little storage (no usual chest of drawers). Unfortunately not much choice of hotels in this area so this one may be the best?

Good value hotel. We found the temperature a little cool in the room but it was very cold outside. Unfortunately, we left something behind and when we went back for it two hours later, we were unable to recover it from lost property. Good value though for an overnight stop.
