Arrived at the hotel last night in the dark and rain. There Sat nav directions are useless they nearly send you over the new bridge which as a toll which you don't know about until you get a penalty notice in the post, be warned. Then if you manage to get here it's a nightmare finding the reception as there are two hotels with a pub in the middle so you are back and too in the rain. Just been for breakfast and it was horrible not cooked properly there excuse was the gas was not working. Did get a refund. The staff are the most miserable both in the hotel and the beefeater that I have ever come across. There was only one nice lady in the beefeater who was a older lady, all the rest were kids and did not want to be there on a Friday night. The room is as you would expect good but with loads of noise from upstairs. Been to many many premier inns and this is rubbish. I won't let it put me off as I know this place is a one off. Good luck.

I stay here a lot and the staff are fantastic. I am welcome like a friend and treated brilliantly. I cannot recommend them enough. The rooms are clean and tidy, the new block is really trendy too.

Room was too warm. No days out information as found in most Premier Inns. Pre-booked for a large party in the restaurant, service very poor and knowing how busy they said they were, ill-catered for breakfast. Having stayed previously and enjoyed our stay, and therefore recommended to the friends who joined us this weekend, not very impressed.

Clean and pleasant. Friendly people and the attached pub and restaurant was nice with a decent breakfast

Difficult to locate using Sat Nav. We were directed to the side of the Motorway. Had to drive to next slip road and ask a pedestrian location. Added an extra 15 mins to our journey. Easy check in. Clean comfortable rooms .No overnight noise. Visited the Beefeater restaurant for evening meal. My hysband enjoyed his Fish and Chips. My Mushroom Risotto was inedible so didn't eat it Mixed results really. Overall good value for money.
