Went in to see what it was like after alterations. Fantastic start ordering and paying for our food on the electronic menu thing. Waited so long that we thought there might have been a problem. Only problem our order was wrong??. Girl behind counter didn't want to be there. We gave up at this point asked for our money back on card and left. Will not be back. Pity.

KFC ranks great for me, just find their recent no-chicken issues not good enough. Also most stores I've been to still don't have a lot of regular menu-items.

Absolutely rubbish, the last few times we have been there's been no bacon, no hash brown, no coleslaw and no bottles of water. Give it a miss don't wast your time or money.

What a disaster!!! Arrived at KFC Havant at 7.15pm to sit and eat with my granddaughter, thinking this would be much better than before, as it has just reopened after a referb. There's new electronic menus just inside, so we ordered and paid for our food.. so far, so good, but that's where it ends! We had already been waiting nearly 15 minutes before the kindergarten children, I mean staff inform everyone that they've run out of gravy, which my granddaughter had ordered. We then waited another 20 minutes for them to call our number, at which time I noticed that the ice cream and coffee we had ordered was sitting on the counter and had been there so long that the ice cream had melted and the coffee was cold! We asked about the gravy, as we had seen more tubs arrive, to be told by one young girl that it wasn't 'cooked'. We were then completely ignored, not being offered a substitute or our money back for the gravy. The whole dreadful experience took 90 minutes!! And there was me thinking it was a fast food outlet! The staff were all very young, very rude and very indifferent to their customers. We won't be going back in a hurry.

Was out of stock of a lot of meals, drinks, sides and sauces, not much left... However staff were very quick and fairly organised considering how busy they were.
