Awful, over £50 spent Just Eat. Zinger meal warm. Missed 1x chips. No napkins. Popcorn chicken lids not on so fell out, warm canned drink. Chicken wrapped individually not labelled and was rubbish. Complained to KFC. Their reply was complain to Just eat. No care or attention to detail. I doubt just eat packed the food or cooked it.
Located in Havant Central Retail Park. Easy ordering through app, machine, or at counter. Monitor then clearly displayed what was being prepared or ready for pick-up.nnFood was fast and came out hot and as expected. Ordered popcorn chicken it was ready within 5 mins of ordering so very fast and good service.nnSeating was readily available the actual seating area was ok not dirty but not spotless either. Toilets where not great but acceptable.nnJust marking it down due to the toilets but staff where friendly enough. Also gets a Mark down for the annoying chavs who where eating here but you can’t control the clientele unfortunately chavs and pikeys need to eat somewhere too
Joke of a place came 25 minutes away so had high hopes! ordered food through the drive thru, service was very poor the woman was rude and would cut you off while taking other orders. As we was waiting we saw one of the workers take rubbish out of the bin with her bare hands instead of just changing the bin itself so not good hygiene and just pure laziness from the worker. No customer service skills at all could clearly see they didn’t want to be there which is not what you want when your buying anything let alone food. We had children in the car and they were using fowl language swearing and just using inappropriate words in general. and we also noticed a few rats out side of the building presuming that’s from kfc as the rats roaming about if there own building shocking to see from a multi million pound companynnThe food we got 12p boneless meal and a zinga meal large fries as a extrann2med chips missingn1large chips missingnMissing drinknThe most driest chicken I have ever had from kfc no flavour not finger licking good as they mention in there ads. Chips weren’t even cooked was rock hard and soggy.nSo dry I needed a drink but shame I didn’t get one with my order I brought with my hard earned money £40 order 40 mins of my time in the car never gunna get back if your a customer looking at thisnPLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE A LOCAL BUSINESS!!!!!nnWe tried to ring them twice for them to pick up we explain to her that food was missing and the rest was just not up to company standards and she accused us of lying!! What happened to customers are always right! Disgraceful management all of them are clueless!nGo to another kfc or go else where don’t support customers in right way
What a let down. No iced tea, no full fat Pepsi and worst of all NO BBQ SAUCE surely a necessity for any proper KFC meal. If that wasn't bad enough, we were given 5 not 6 pieces of chicken in our bucket, 3 of which were drumsticks. Price seemed more expensive than Dorset. Disappointed
I'm highly disappointed this is the second time coming here paying over 40 pound and its all cold. Before you state I could have come in to let you know so you could cook it again or even heat it up in a microwave... I shouldn't have to. It should all ready be hot. Not only that I'm worried a staff member will spit in my food / chicken burger and give it back to me. So I'm writing this to beg you guys to just make people wait a tad bit longer so you can cook from fresh and not just pre cook and it be cold.
