Great food and very helpful members of staff. I have ordered over the phone for delivery, and also had the chance to eat in, and I must say the food was delicious. Will definitely be one of my regulars.

First time if ordering and wasn't disappointed at all. Hot and huge portions. Jalepeno cream cheese bites were lush and the South chicken burger was one if the best I have had.kids meal is great value for money

I would not recommend placing an order from Grill Shack to be delivered. We placed our ordered at 7pm, to be told it would be a 45 minute wait (we where more than happy to wait this time, expected on a Saturday night) once we had finally placed the order, after repeating it to the girl on the phone 4 times. We then had received two more phone calls from Grill Shack ... one saying that we needed to place an order, but we'd already placed one. And then the second asking if we had ordered 4 chicken burgers (or whatever it was) this was not our order. We told the lady again what we had ordered and at this time it was 750pm, she then said our ordered wouldn't be much longer. We continued to wait for our food, once it had got to 815 we phoned back to find out where our food was, to be told it would be another 15-20minutes, the food was ready but there was no driver. This would of now left us to have been waiting an hour and 20 minutes, we then also stated to them that they wanted us to wait a further 20 minutes whilst our food had already been cooked! Not once did we get an apology from either member of staff we had spoken to. This service is very disappointing as we have collected food from here before and it was very nice. Unfortunately it has made us not want to return again after this complete mess!
