Staying between Christmas and New year to see family. We have stayed before but it just keeps getting better. Being a wheelchair user I'm happy with the number of disabled parking bays. The outside doors open automatically and the staff are always friendly helpful and engaging. The only problem is the door to the rooms it is only accessible with a room key (obviously) but after you put your key in you then have to open the door. As a wheelchair user this can be tricky as I can imagine it is when you have your hands full! We always have wheelchair accessible rooms and are more than happy with the lay out. However plugs next to the beds would be nice! 2 very small observations that do not detract from the enjoyment of staying here. Will definitely be staying again in February!

Very happy to stay here. Easy to access car park and building, friendly welcome at reception, always comfortable beds and rooms. There's a Beefeater next door and also an Aldi supermarket pretty close by with a good choice of food and drink.

Friendly staff, good clean room. Nice and quiet and good comfy bed. You can dinner and breakfast at the Beefeater which is a 10 second walk away.
