A great spot, lovely staff and large, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was a real let down. Although it was quite busy at 7am, our daughter was disappointed that the English breakfast had nothing left! By the time there was more, we had to leave. The food we did have was fresh and nice enough. The area was clean and tidy and staff were happy, helpful and pleasant. We would stay again.
Stay here quite often. The hotel is always spot on. The best thing though are the staff: always courteous and very friendly. Without doubt the best Premier Inn staff nationwide.
Only went for breakfast. Nice area to it in. Clean and well spaced out. The lady who was working was friendly and helpful. Good selection of hot food, bacon, sausages, black pudding, fried and scrambled eggs, mushrooms, and baked beans. White and brown bread, blueberry muffins, pancakes, croissants, and pan au chocolate. Yoghurts, fresh fruit, and berries. Full selection of cereals. No fresh orange but had tropical instead and cranberry juice, apple juice, and water. Also a hot drinks machine with latte, cappuccinos, hot chocolate etc. £10.99 for everything or £8.99 for continental.
I don't know what they have done with the pillows but they were on the hard side also why don't they cater more for disabled people they should offer rooms with a shower instead of one over the very high bath. It would also be a nice touch to have decaf tea and coffee in the room as well.
Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast was nice. Everyone was friendly. The location was ideal for my trip.
