Been here for at least 7weeks and could be here till may,what a place,a family run b&b make u so welcome the food is excellent you feel like you are at home lovely rooms very comfy ,I'd recommend it to anyone I will never go anywhere esle,The Best B&B in middlesbrough.

We recently visited friends and family and stayed at the Grey House hotel, what a lovely family ran hotel it is, the attention to detail and friendliness is obvious from entering the hotel, the food and service is excellent, free wi fi internet access, The owners are doing an excellent job and we will be staying there again on our next visit.
