Nice hotel attached to Westfield Shopping Centre. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. We were on the 8th floor and had a great view. Although the hotel was busy, there was no noise to be heard at night and we had a great nights sleep as a result. Breakfast was very good too in the hotel restaurant and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.nGreat place to stay when attending the ABBA Voyage show. Black cab from rank outside the hotel to the ABBA Arena cost £10.nWould stay here again and would recommend.
I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Premier Inn Hotel, and it was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the level of service and cleanliness fell far below acceptable standards.nnFirstly, despite repeated requests, the staff consistently ignored my pleas for extra towels. It was only after numerous inquiries that I finally received them, and even then, it felt like a Herculean task.nnMoreover, upon inspecting the bedding, I was horrified to find hair and stains scattered across it. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained, leaving me questioning the hotel's hygiene standards.nnIn an attempt to salvage the situation, I requested a room clean whilst going out in the morning, only to 4 hours later to find that it had not been attended to. The excuse given by the cleaner was flimsy at best, and it was clear that there was a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.nnOverall, my stay at Premier Inn was a complete waste of money and an utterly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy subpar service and abysmal cleanliness.nnConclusion:nnSave yourself the trouble and find accommodations elsewhere. Premier Inn Hotel is a prime example of how not to run a hospitality business.
Great location. Booked a double room for two adults, to only have 1 set of towels for the shower. At 10am the cleaner just walked into the room to start cleaning, although checkout is at 12 midday. Staff weren't overly friendly. At 200 quid for the night our experience has fallen short.
Thank you to Monica on reception at 8.30am 28 June who kindly helped me to download a document for court and print them. I was very grateful. Also would mention one of the guys on reception when I booked in - very welcoming - so many thanks.nnNice rooms on 10th Floor - no complaints very comfortable and nice lighting, spacious shower.nnI always stat at Premier Inns.
Stayed here plenty of times. Staff are friendly, food is good and rooms are modern and cosy. The bar can get busy when the West Ham are at home but staff are all over it and serve the drinks quickly. Never had to wait too long for a pint.
