The hotel is old and dated. There were fixtures that were hanging from the walls in the room. There beyond more then I could count in health and safety risks. I had to call the police to resolve a harassment issue by the management. They would provide a reciept for the stay either. Also they do not have parking on premises as advertised. It is on street parking and I received a ticket because the hotel staff said parking arrangements on street were fine. An outdated poorly serviced hotel with the most disgusting customer service I have ever received.

Oneof the best hotel In London. Rooms are good but sharing bathrooms. Rates are also reasonable. Buffet breakfast is available to all guests. Fire place is also available. Foodquality is the best. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel management is maintain hotel very clean. I like this hotel.

It's a budget hotel not bad for a night or too rooms are small and no milk in fridge had to walk downstairs to ask for some then go back up, door wouldn't open so had to get help to knock it. Light wouldn't turn on, only free view channels bathroom was good though

Not recommend. The staff doesn't really speak English and is not really nice. The room was tiny, the roof was making weird noises, the bed was crooked and loud, 90% of tv channels were blocked...

The manager of this hotel is be the hardest rudest person who put the phone down on me. I booked the hotel to go to the Dancing on Ice in June as a special treat. It was cancelled in March. I immediately rang the hotel to cancel for June and was assured it was cancelled and no payment due. Suddenly in June I got an email saying they were taking £42 out of my account for staying. The bank told me all firms have recording of phone calls for evidence. When I rang and spoke to the manageress, she said she did not record phone messages and had no evidence that I had spoken to anyone and put the phone down on me. I was absolutely disgusted at her manner and rudeness. to me attitude counts a lot and would never consider going there ever. Joanne Webster
